Meat Cuisine at Kumoji, Okinawa
Our restaurant offers a variety of meat dishes such as shabu-shabu using Agu pork and sukiyaki using Misaki beef, a Japanese black beef produced in Ishigaki Island. The "Hitokuchi Wagyu Beef Undan Salmon Roe Rice" is a combination of meat, undan, and salmon roe, and has been well received as a meal dish. Amakusa Black Beef," a Japanese black beef produced in Kumamoto, is served as a charcoal steak, which is cooked in a way that makes the most of the flavor of the ingredients.
